well if another company comes and makes an offer and Taurus accept it then its a compulsory takeover anyway as they will have over 90% of the ownership
what they will need to decide now is - paying a premium to buy the smaller holders out now vs the potential loss of dividends that will be paid out - remember its 3.5% of the company - they have 11% of the company at a cheaper price
my guess is that if the IER recommends a payment of $2 i think they might just bite the bullet and pay it to take control. but if its higher they may go nah dont want to, we will just pay you guys dividends
all my opinion and a complete guess of what might happen but thats how i see it
