    Yep agree they will not want to go to court and will pay what the IER states.
    It is just disappointing that the JORC will not be included and ASIC are toothless and Taurus know it.
    Thought the takeover panel would help us get fair value but it seems they aren't much better at helping the little guy get JUSTICE!
    Still if we get $2, then I believe it is a victory for those who held on principle and will at least see my money soon.
