LPD were targeting 2023 production as far back as May 2020. Then in June 2022, language started changing to 2023. In their last announcement about cap raise, they said this may be last chance to participate in a pro-rata issue prior to production, and today they slip in production will be in 2025.. I bet $100 they will have multiple capraises between now and 2025 if that's when they're going to production..
