The allocation of funds from the minimum subscription get distributed across 4 key area's as a starting point.
Now the minimum subscription, also triggers the pre-commitments from their lenders to buy into the short fall at 001.
Another 1.6 Million, that will get redistributed through the 4 key area's as well.
Add to that, the insurance payout at the lower end, of say another 2 Million.
2.75 Million
1.6 Million
2.0 Million
Plus a contingency of a roughly 3 Million Debt facility with Brevet.
Covers the BM HVTF Upgrades at 3 to 4 Million, and knocks out outstanding debt.
