Well said "Sharpey" - the surprise/shock of a CR is now passed. Now to work out what we do as investors. I am a long term holder of Lepidico and intend taking up all our rights.
I am now settled in my mind that this is our last opportunity to buy at this lower price - I know people say this all the time! Our BOD are doing well - I am looking at it this way - LPD raise 6 to 7 million - 3 million of this is underwritten not a big ask?
But if our share price moves to 0.023 plus for some reason then the full amount will be raised!!
And then we have *208938583 options - ex @0.045 cents expiry 30 Sept 2020 - this will bring in $9,402,236.00 some time if our share price is above the Ex price.
I am confident that we will be above the 0.045 cents by early 2019.
