I am not taking up the rights until the location, of environmental issues are associated with the site are explained and what happens to the site after P1 is started? Throw away 4.5 million just to prove to others that the process works. Find it hard to believe this will be approved and built by April 2019, unless it is a mod to where the current process is tested. Would be good if in Canada and the modules can be expanded to start P1 but no environmental clearance on this site until Jan?
