That's correct.
If you would like to participate in the 0.019c share offer with attached free options, do nothing with the LPDRA's, they will just disappear.
When you receive your mail out from the company/registry, follow payment instructions and they're yours.
Alternatively if you don't wish to participate in the share offer, you can sell them. May as well get something for them because they will disappear anyway.
