Well since the 13th was the closing day from the monitor and we have until the 27th of March for the CR to close, I am thinking many are just waiting to see what news comes out about the NAL bid, before deciding on what they want to do.
Any idea on what length of time the Quebec court will take to make a decision. My assumption is that the monitor must have given the court their decision by now.
