Darktiger, The New LPDRD Shares that You were given, can either be Sold for .001 cents, or You can Buy The Share, plus half an Option, for 1.3 cents.
If You were given 50,000 LPDRD Options, You can Buy these, for $ 650, with No Brokerage, and You will receive 50,000 LPD Shares, plus 25,000 LPDOD Options, that will have a Strike Price of 2 or 3 cents. (I have not seen the Strike Price).
You Can Buy up to $ 50,000 worth of Shares. (Basically No Limit), and receive the Options.
Currently, if You Buy the LPDRD Shares, from Somebody else, You will be Charged .001 cent, for the Option, plus 1.3 cents, for the Share.
i.e. You will be charged 1.31 cents, (Plus Brokerage). 1.3 cents, for the Share, and the .001 cent goes to the Seller.
That is My understanding, I might be a little out.
