I see ORD as a vehicle to resources withing Oz. Now I cannot get my head around why the IPO for Laos needs to go ahead anymore. The investors in Laos can in my view simply die their due diligence and seek bank finance - period thats it.

Now if this were done privately then if ORD had say 10 % then the idea for ORD in the future would continue as through that vehicle ORD could then fund future Oz ventures.

I cannot for the life of me see anything wrong with doing the above. Why be nice and offer an IPO when retailers bakced off from this recent offer? Bugger it just do the maths on LAOS and bank role it and then leverage off that to continue for new ventures financed via future income from LAOS
