I reckon they will raise the balance of funds via sophisticated investors. Maybe the Rights Issue was to give us all that one last opportunity to participate at these low prices. If I were IK, I would get Norton very close to production with a couple of positive announcements thrown in and then go to sophisticated investors for the balance of funds he requires. It could be done. IK could even go to sophisticated investors to raise only the funds needed to get Norton fully into production and have another capital raising later. I think those that didn't participate have lost out on a great opportunity. The options alone I am going to get from this Rights Issue could buy me a brand new Toyota Landcruiser if the share price gets to 10 cents before June 2016.
