Why would S32 make an offer when there has not even been a single hole drilled.
I think they are way too cautious for that. They have it all tied up anyway, for years to come, and do not need to make a final move as yet.
There are also alternate targets in Peru already. We did not do a deal over the whole of our Peruvian ground and we still need to work on that which will keep Ross busy for quiet some time.
