You can then have a direct dialogue to help make informed decisions.... obviously, as a BOD, he can't enter into such convo's here on HC.
I've found that he's a big enough character who's happy and capable to deal with complaints, rage and reasoning... remember, he's trying to keep the group united and >50% just in case we get to cut a future deal on behalf of all of us.
