Chris would be on a hiding to nothing as would Bob. If you have faith in the loyalty of both men it cant be anyting but good. Its not like Todd buying more FMS shares so that he can take over the company and rip of minor shareholders. Would it make a difference to you if Chris split his shares amongst 1/2 a dozen names so that his holdings were not so obvious. Makes no difference voting wise and people can see through that scheme. Maybe makes a difference tax wise otherwise who cares.
