7c is looking a bit expensive now. Who's gonna pay that when you could buy on market right now for 5 cents.
IMO HOR well and truly missed the boat with this CR waiting far too long to get it done. A classic example of sluggish management. They should've done it at the start of the year when sentiment was a little more favourable. They have instead chosen to wait and subsequently butchered the share price and caused excessive dilution. That's assuming they get rights issue underwritten because at the moment you'd have to be crazy to take up the offer!
