Hard to believe there was a shortfall of $1.6m even after the top-up facility with the size of the discount on offer. Some people don't like free money it seems. I hope they allocated me my full top up application. I remember STO back in 2008/09 gave me most of my top up application back while handing the shortfall to their underwriter buddies
