You have done your homework if it was a good and sought after share on a 21PE and @67c before the deal then create theoretical price after 1 for 5 that's around 64.67c - Then you add the value that the deals create at a new adjusted 11PE. Wow to buy in @60c its a steal - I never say which way to go but at these prices its a great time to buy if you believe in the healthcare trend.
