A good Summation Joewolf. This problem has mainly arisen because all Shareholders did not take up their entitlements which has created the shortfall. The Shortfall became an opportunity for a large number of shares to be dumped onto the market by Institutions who were offered them. The SP has nothing to do with the PGC story.
