It will be lights out for ORD if they cannot come up with the cash for the initial farm in.
I'm betting on management bringing in another partner to split ORD'S 75% stake sub farm in type deal. I cant see ORD coming up with the cash on their own.
Hope I'm wrong, the last thing we as shareholders need is more dilution of assets
