You were warning about the need for a capital raise (CR), while Michelle kept repeating “no CR” — over and over.

Can you shed some light on why Michelle refused to raise capital or exercise options at the appropriate time, especially when it was clear that C14 would take a long time?

It’s also hard to ignore that they likely knew C14 wouldn’t deliver much, if anything. So why did they raise money under the label of “commercialisation”?

How were investors convinced to put money into something that, based on the facts, was likely to fail?

And without the final results analysis — which was expected around June 2023 — how is it even possible to pursue commercialisation or a partnership? What exactly are they offering, and on what scientific basis?

If the saying “morning shows the day” holds true, then C14’s performance so far has shown nothing — and that strongly suggests Michelle and the team have been misleading shareholders all along.
