    OK what's going on now? 4.5 million shares were issued in lieu of payment for right-issue broker services - they may be getting dumped, but there is no way of knowing, But they have been dumping on the bid offers, which is obvious. Check out the chart it is in free-fall on a larger volume. Try to catch the falling knife & you will get it wrong 3 times out of four. DYOR
