Release a pump accoutrement on 9 September, drive sp up to 5c allowing for creditors and family to offload their shares, bringing in new blood on to the register. 10days later announce the rights issue at 1.6c, aiming to get money from these new bagholders to dollar cost average down their investment.
Raise the money to pay the family debts owed whilst accumulating more debt to be converted to shares at a later point.
