Investing in a speculative explorer, trading low volumes - is high risk.
The road from explorer to producer is long with lots of up's and down's - its never smooth.
Getting the CR in before drilling results might be hedging bets in case of bad drill results, where it might have been difficult raising further capital.
Whether you reckon Darren misled on Salobo II, I think he said he was over optimistic on time frames.
Big difference between that and deliberately misleading.
If you strategy was to double your money overnight then there is always the roulette wheel at the casino.
