I thought it was a pretty good deal.
Patto's got 10m @ 2c initially and they get another 10m now.
The price is 3c now,so they get a spotter's fee of $200k in
dicount and they invested $200k.
Lots of shells out there and some have been around for a while.
$200k to get a vendor is cheap imo.
Have a look at the discount cisero is getting with some of the
placements.
