They have paid $50k deposit on Forestania , and have $300k left to pay , which is on 12 per cent interest indefinitely . They don't look like they have the money to pay the rest.
So they don't own Forestania and there is no claim they are mining Kat Gap.
The only thing that could save them is AU Resources money, but this is delayed indefinitely, and is doubtful to say the least.
