    We are waiting for the mining permit's approval. The board said that the approval is IMMINENT.

    The CR of $4.6 million is not a surprise and not price sensitive since it was fully underwritten. At least we know that we have new major shareholder (around 10 per cent) who purchased at 0.011. This demonstrates that the underwriter is very confident in the success of company future exploration.
