The rights issue is heavily oversubscribed, management now has to sort out the issue of how to distribute these probably on a pro rata basis.

Ok the directors came in for the kill and announced they would fork out $144k for their take.

24.7 m shares remaining and they want 12m. Will they fill 1st, pro rata themselves too or let the shareholders have 1st bite.????? Did they buy any of the already sold rights allotted. ?????
