re: Ann: Rights Issue Closure and Shortfall N... At the time this CR was announced, investors were invited to oversubscribe so some undersubscription was always likely once the market soured. I think the raising was creditable and I doubt the underwriters will have any difficulty moving stock - they are essentially punting on the results of the EU trials - about a month away. I can't thing why these will be any different to previous trials - so it's a pretty good punt.
