re: Ann: Rights Issue Closure and Shortfall N... I'm not worried. They raised a heap with a placement to instos, who would have put their names in the hat to pick up the leftovers from the rights issue by going as sub-underwriters.

As an aside, I'm happy to see my new TIS shares are sitting in the portfolio this morning. My gains were looking even healthier until I edited the cost basis from 0 cents to 50 cents...
