The structure and timing of the capital raise was poor. The soph shares were on market during the rights issue. Maybe Viacom did request a stronger cash balance...

Regardless, as others have mentioned shares were cheaper on market... No brainer given the time value of money in regards to free options.

They have their $3m now. Done deal. No drama.

Net debt is reducing

Sales and ebitda should be growing.

Consolidation of shares underway.

Plenty of growth prospects-

China
Viacom
More countries
Etc etc.

No reason this shouldn't move north soon.

Some very large Strategic partnership deals over the last few months regarding mobile first platforms and traditional media companies.

Vox and buzzfeed got $100m each from NBC

Vice got $400m from Disney

Thrillist got $100m from Discovery

These companies are obviously different to CM8. But goes to show how receptive these media giants can be if a partnership can add value. Even if the dollar value isn't huge, these companies are actively looking for deals to take to their board members/shareholders in a bid to push content/growth and combat the Netflix of the world.

The Viacom and CM8 deal has huge potential. Viacoms networks target a very similar demographic to crowds products. And crowds products provide Viacom with a diverse product mix.

Just time needed here. Im calling share price bottom here.
