The Offer was fully underwritten by Canaccord Genuity (Australia) Limited who also acted as lead manager to the Offer. As such, the Shortfall Shares will be placed to the underwriters/sub-underwriters under the terms of the Underwriting Agreement."

Could somebody kindly clarify the above from the capital raise. Does this mean Canaccord hold 43 million shares that they paid 2c per share for as the underwriter. If this is true I imagine the share price will be stuck around 2c until Canaccord off load the 43 million shares. Love someone to confirm or hopefully show me my error.
