For someone to sell 93c worth of shares is a good sign. Why pay $10 to sell $1 worth of shares. To me it means someone who does not have to pay brokerage per trade is manipulating the share price. I believe only entities who pay a flat price for brokerages are the bigger institutions. I interpret this as moving the share price down to accumulate. Thus I see this as good news. I am looking forward to the fun times of blatant share price manipulation through high frequency trading. I hope for a spike in the share price back around 10c before the games move to stage 2.
