lowcust you are right. following a posting from a german forum. this is a reply to the question about the participation of german shareholders in the capital rising.:
According to our share register we have 4 shareholders with a registered address in Germany holding a total of 35,050 shares.
We are aware, of course, that we have many more shareholders in Germany but their shares are believed to be substantially held in a nominee account with an Australian Address being JP Morgan Nominees Australian Limited ( formally held in ANZ Nominees). The beneficial shareholders who hold their shares through an nominee with an Australian address are entitled to participate in the rights issue and the company hopes that they will do so.
Shareholders who hold the shares through the nominee should contact the nominee to ensure that they advise their intentions in relation to their holding so that arrangements can be made to accept the entitlement if this is the shareholders wish. The Nominee shareholder will be sent all correspondence in relation to the rights issue including an entitlement and acceptance form in relation to the shares they hold as registered holder.
