Ironically, if you haven't received the acceptance form then you can be forgiven for not knowing. I'm pretty sure the acceptance from has provision on the second page for transferring to someone else (can't remember off the top of my head).

Otherwise, you should be able to contact Computershare and ask them how to do an off-market transfer of rights to a third party.
