They are in a situation where they have to make do and maximise whatever resources they have ( at least they still have 211k and 200k loan). Make it simple with no proven resources they can jolly well close it down immediately. The steps are very obvious and they have to announce and go ahead with the drilling . The rest will settle by itself .
