What a 'shocking' piece of news. It's a great deal, even though it's not 1 for 1. The stock, as it is, is cheap enough already. The 2.5 cents is just too good to pass up, even for someone who swore he won't buy another share.
I'm just shocked some people actually sold at 2.7 cents a few months ago...
