I assume the additional $1.3m placement to instos and HNW individual reduced scale back for over subscribed shaes by removing said HNW etc from over subscribing through 2 for 7. I'm not sure this can be legally done after 2 for 7 was closed off.
It will be a very bad look if smaller shareholders are scaled back for their overs but HNW and instos get full allocation via this extra placement. Unfortunately we won't know but doesn't smell very good.
