100% agree...but...they MUST get commercial flow this time around, or I fear the continual dilution to oblivion as others have mentioned could be a showstopper. There must be a success of sorts, to justify the pricy projects they are embarking on. I like that they are giving retail a chance at a CR...but I also fear that it could be a ploy to ensure they get the cash (I'm on the fence - ie, fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me; blah blah blah). Either way, the broader oil landscape is looking positive (turns out the world needs fossil fuels more than they thought.....).
