    What I would like to know is what happens to the holding that was taken by Kam Lung (10m shares from memory) that bailed the company out when the stock was languishing down at 16c. Do these guys get excluded as well. They are a HK based investor - unless they hold their holding in a Aus/NZ entity are they getting shut out of this cap raise too?
