The registrar (BoardRoom Limited https://www.boardroomlimited.com.au/) are managing the mailouts is my understanding. I had to go onto the website, register and then change my mailing address, as it was out of date. Not sure who would be accountable for Aussie based investors getting non-eligibility letters.
