Please explain why I would exercise my options at 20 cents alternatively I can buy stock on market at 5.9 cents a share?
All I can say is, this is a rudimentary of stockmarket investing.
If you do not know the principle (if you did, you would not ask that question), then you really should not invest in options, or the sharemarket.
Maybe get a financial adviser. At least the person who has to explain all this to you, will be paid for professional(?) advice
