They only managed to sell less than 45% of the share offer, they are now in negotiations (to happen within a 3 month period) to unload the remaining 63,000,000 at their discretion. It will be interesting to see what price they command, I think they have cried wolf too many times now and it is all falling on deaf ears. The have killed the golden goose lol!
