Next CR will be 10 cents then 5 cents at ever increasing amounts of shares.
Anyway our management team didn't even offer to take a pay cut. I would call this poor performance going from 70 cents to 20 cents.
With $2M they would be doing sweet F All and waiting for takeover and maybe attending more conferences.
