Thank you for your comprehensive explanation, I now understand much better.
I have always thought non renounceable rights a bit unfair for those not in a position to take them up. With renounceable rights offering such people a little cash compensation.
Once again thank you it is always a pleasure to get a good response that one can learn from here on HC as opposed to the 95% BS that gets posted.
