    Just to clarify, MGTR application close on 16th of November 2023.
    1. You can apply for more shares on what you have been issued.
    2. you can sell them at current price and buy a cup of coffee or two.
    3. do nothing and have the option to convert at 0.450 in 18 months time from date of closing.
    this is my understanding for anyone who is interested, or happy to be corrected if this information is not correct.
