Yes - Twiggy has a vested interest in HAS with his secured, exchangeable notes (aka $150mil loan with ~9% interest).
However correct me if I'm wrong but he isn't a major shareholder/own a large amount of shares as he's not on the Top 20 shareholders as per the marketindex HAS profile (not sure if this is current)?
So really his only involvement is the loan/secured notes?
