    Hi pete

    It's a options issue not share issue. Option issue is usually positive to market and no dilute to shareholers. Therefore SP normally rise after this kind of ann.

    It gives you the right but not obligation to buy options. The record date is 27 april after that date even if you buy WHN shares you can't buy options (29 June is the date options release to market)
