it’s possible to know why it’s a good/undervalued investment

but not know from less experience what to expect from the SP in this situation

I’d really appreciate someone who is more experienced to explain what is typical in this space

eg, do they keep the price down leading into the entitlement (because no point buying on market)

and then they pump the price up after so the investors and underwriters can realize their investment?

let’s be real, there is a game to how these things are played

it would be great to understand properly what the ‘rules’ are now that we are on the pitch.
