It seems like all effort should be taken to get communication from the company before lodging with asx in case we are knee-capping our own company.

I do agree with what RSD is saying but I think they are purely thinking to raise as much as they can rather than what they need because why not. They know they have backers that will underwrite everything so why not ask for more than required.

Its just upsetting for us shareholders that don't have deep pockets that we are diluted and the Share price will not move from this very low price for a while.
