I dont think we can. The main argument would be that this is all a setup to give more control to ATI? The rest of the arguments sort of seem like as you say, a lack of respect.
For the ATI argument they can defend themselves by pointing to the incentives given to lead manager to place shortfall to any one but ATI.
im not happy as i was topping up on the fall from 8 cents but there not much we can do except vote accordingly at the AGM and maybe raise the 2 directors argument with ASX
